Refund policy

At New England Flower Preservation, each piece is custom-made using your own flowers and handcrafted specifically for you. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

All preservation pieces are custom-made and personalised. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

This includes:

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Change of wedding or event plans
  • Personal preference regarding the final design

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your booking date and reserve space in our production schedule.

Once flowers have been received and preservation work has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.

Natural Variations

Flowers are natural products and every preservation piece is unique.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Flower colours may fade, deepen, or change during the preservation process.
  • Flowers may shrink, curl, or alter in appearance as they dry.
  • Resin may contain minor microbubbles or slight imperfections inherent to handcrafted products.
  • Final pieces may vary from website photographs and examples.

These natural variations are not considered faults and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your completed preservation piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging

We will assess the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product has a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees under applicable law.
