Sending Your Flowers to Us

To achieve the best preservation results, flowers should be shipped as soon as possible after your wedding or special event.

Fresh Flower Shipping Instructions

  • Flowers should be packaged securely in a sturdy box.
  • Wrap stems in damp paper towel and secure with plastic wrap to retain moisture.
  • Avoid soaking flowers, as excess water can cause damage during transit.
  • Include your name, contact details, order number, and event date inside the box.
  • We recommend using Express Post or an overnight courier service wherever possible.

Please contact us prior to shipping your flowers so we can expect their arrival and provide any additional instructions.
